1. Introduction

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Reset Plan platform, operated by BON Explorer AB (“the Company”). By using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Purpose

Reset Plan provides tools for diagnosing and improving organizational rhythm through recurring 30-day improvement cycles.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have guardian consent, to create an account or use Reset Plan for professional purposes.

4. Account & Access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Accounts created via Google, Apple, or Microsoft Authentication are subject to their respective terms.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Reset Plan lawfully and avoid activities that disrupt, attempt to reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the platform or its underlying systems.

6. Intellectual Property

Reset Plan and BON Explorer™ are trademarks of BON Explorer AB. All content, system logic, and materials within the platform are protected intellectual property. No copying, redistribution, or modification is permitted without written consent.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to future premium features may require a paid subscription managed via Stripe. Billing, refunds, and payment terms follow applicable law and Stripe’s policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

BON Explorer AB provides Reset Plan “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

BON Explorer AB may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten platform security. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@bonexplorer.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
