Reset Plan is developed and operated by BON Explorer AB. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data during the Private Beta period.

2. What We Collect

We collect only the information required to provide our services: your name, email address, and authentication ID (via Google, Apple, or Microsoft). With your consent, we may also collect anonymized usage analytics for performance and product improvements.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to personalize your experience, maintain platform functionality, ensure account security, and — if you consent — analyze anonymized usage patterns.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process data under consent (Art. 6.1.a) or legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f). You may withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Storage & Retention

All data is stored securely within the EU (Supabase). Data is retained only while your account is active or until you request deletion.

7. Cookies

Reset Plan uses essential cookies only, for authentication and secure session management. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party profiling cookies.

8. Data Sharing

We never sell your data. Limited information may be processed by compliant third-party providers such as Supabase or Stripe.

9. Security

All communication is encrypted (HTTPS). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with restricted access.
