Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of BON Explorer, including the website and the product made available during the Private Beta.

By using BON Explorer you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the product.

1. Who we are

BON Explorer AB is a company based in Sweden focused on behavioral execution and organizational rhythm.

In these terms "BON Explorer", "we" and "our" refer to BON Explorer AB.

2. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to:

  • Visitors to bonexplorer.ai
  • Applicants to the Private Beta
  • Users who access the BON Explorer product

Additional written agreements with BON Explorer take priority over these terms to the extent there is a conflict.

3. Accounts and access

Access to the product is currently by invitation as part of the Private Beta. You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Private Beta

The product is provided as a Private Beta for testing and feedback. Features may change, be added or be removed without notice.

The product is provided on an "as is" basis during the Beta period and may be subject to interruptions, errors or changes in functionality.

By participating in the Private Beta you acknowledge that the Service may contain defects, may not operate as intended, and is provided without any commitments regarding performance, availability, data integrity or results.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use BON Explorer in any way that violates applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the service or its components
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the product or infrastructure
  • Use the service to process sensitive personal data without our consent
  • Use the service to build or train competing products

6. Intellectual property

BON Explorer owns all rights to the product, including the model, software, content, designs and documentation, except for content that you or your organization provide.

BON Explorer® is a registered trademark of BON Explorer AB in the European Union.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the product during the Private Beta for internal business purposes only.

7. Customer content

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you enter into BON Explorer.

You grant BON Explorer a limited right to process that information in order to provide the product, improve performance and security and generate aggregated insights that do not identify individuals.

8. Data protection and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy available on bonexplorer.ai. By using the product you acknowledge that personal data will be processed as described in that policy.

In case of conflict between these terms and the Privacy Policy on questions of data protection, the Privacy Policy will prevail.

9. Third party services

BON Explorer uses third party services such as Supabase for authentication and data storage and HubSpot for hosting, CRM and forms. Login may be provided through Google, Microsoft or Apple.

These providers process data as our processors or as independent controllers according to their own terms and privacy notices.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the product if you breach these terms, if security is at risk or if we decide to end the Private Beta.

You may stop using the product at any time. If your organization has a written agreement with BON Explorer, that agreement will describe what happens at termination.

11. Disclaimers

BON Explorer is a decision support tool. The product does not replace leadership judgment or legal, financial or human resources advice.

During the Private Beta the product is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law BON Explorer will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use the product.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid to BON Explorer for access to the product during the twelve (12) months before the event that gave rise to the claim. For the Private Beta, where no fee is charged, BON Explorer has no monetary liability except as required by compulsory law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when we change the product or when legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated on the website or inside the product.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
